Solar Jewellery owns the copyright to all the contents of this website, including photos.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

Solar Jewellery has made every effort to photograph & describe the jewellery as accurately as possible but some colour variation may occur. Measurements are approximate - necklace chain lengths do not include extenders or any decorative feature. Earring measurements include the length of the decorative part, not the hook or fastening.

DELIVERY

We aim to send your order within 7 working days from receiving it. Orders under £30 will be sent by first class post and orders over £30 will be sent by special delivery.   If there is a delay in sending out your order, you will be notified by e mail.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all the goods shown on our website are currently available, we cannot guarantee this. If items you have ordered are not available, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a full refund.

PAYMENT

Solar Jewellery accepts most credit & debit cards, including Visa, Delta, Switch & Mastercard through our secure server. Solar Jewellery reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the address verification system.

A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. When you place your order you will receive an e mail to confirm which goods you have ordered. When we despatch your goods, we will send you a confirmation e mail which means we formally accept your order & the contract is formed. Solar Jewellery does not have to accept your order, for example if your payment is not authorised, or we do not have the items in stock.

Prices include V.A.T. but not any taxes which may be incurred on overseas deliveries. Postage & packing charges will be added to the total price of your order at the checkout.

Solar Jewellery will, as far as possible, keep all details of your order & payment secure but cannot be held liable for any loss suffered if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data in the absence of negligence on our part.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, you may return the goods bought from this website, unused & in the condition in which you received them within 10 days from receipt for a full refund, less your postage costs. Please send items back by recorded delivery as the company cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. Please return items to the address below giving full details of your name, address & the order number.

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of pierced items or sets which contain them.

If the goods are faulty please return them for a refund of the full purchase price plus postage.

Solar Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for any web site not under our control which may act as a link to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

Solar Jewellery will try to ensure that the website is always available but this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to terminate the website, change the terms & conditions or make any other changes when necessary.

In placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms & conditions are governed by English law & you & we agree to use the English law courts in the event of a dispute.

Solar Jewellery is committed to protecting your privacy & will not disclose any information regarding its customers to any third party.  The company does not store personal financial information.
