When will I receive my order & how much is the postage?

U.K. orders are sent by first class post within 7 days of receiving the order.  Orders over £60 will be sent by special delivery.

We use a secure system for credit card payments so your details are secure.

Which cards to you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Can I return goods?

You may return goods to us within 10 days of receiving them, providing that they are unworn, unused & in the condition in which you recieved them.  You will receive a full refund, less postage costs.  Don't forget to include your name, address, telephone number & order number.

For hygenic reasons we are unable to offer refunds for any pierced earrings or sets which contain them.
